Join our dedicated and professional team as an Admissions Assistant! We are looking for two enthusiastic and capable colleagues to join us on a permanent, full-time contract.

This exciting and varied role involves handling enquiries and applications from students across the globe. You will have specific responsibility for processing admissions decisions, maintaining admissions records and responding to a range of enquiries from applicants, potential applicants and academic staff. You'll also have the chance to help with a range of other activities, including delivering staff training and representing the University at Open Days.

As part of the role there may be opportunities to support work in different areas of the department or the wider Communications, International and External Affairs division.

The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, highly organised, adaptable, and have excellent customer service. You will bring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in your work and have a proactive approach to problem solving. Our work is fast paced and high volume, so remaining calm and resilient will be key to success. You will help manage a timely, efficient and fair admissions process that delivers an excellent applicant experience.

The interview process will take part in 2 stages with dates to be confirmed: Stage 1 involves group and individual tasks; Stage 2 involves formal interviews for those successful at Stage 1.

Please note that this post does not meet the minimum salary requirements for visa sponsorship under the Skilled Worker Route. If not already an employee of the University of Worcester, the appointed candidate will be employed through Uniworc Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of University of Worcester, and will be automatically enrolled into the Aviva FlexHE defined contribution pension scheme (subject to earnings and other eligibility criteria).
