Research Contracts and IP Manager

Applications are invited for the post of Research Contracts and IP Manager in the Research Contracts team within Research and Innovation.

This is a key role for the University, focussing on enabling the delivery of the University's strategic plan and its commitment to challenge-led research and partnership. Reporting to the Head of Research Contracts, the Research Contracts and IP Manager is one of a team responsible for the efficient and effective management of the University's academic research income and intellectual property portfolio.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with significant experience of the drafting and negotiating of research related agreements and intellectual property agreements and preferably some experience of supporting the commercialisation of research outputs. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be a team player with the ability to think and act independently.
